Things I wish I knew before I tried it
The beachfront access was lovely, but my stay was marred by filthy rooms and unresponsive maintenance. Hot water was a rarity. I even found standing water in my room! Parking is also an issue, with a frustrating check-in process that takes you to a different property. Don't be swayed by online images!

Loved the ocean view and comfy beds! Quick check-in and no deposit was a bonus.
Door wouldn’t stay closed; I almost called it my new talent act—'open door magic. '

The Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View was decent. I loved having that ocean view right from the balcony. The beds were really comfortable, which is always a plus. The room was clean and had enough towels for my stay. The kitchen facilities are convenient too. But yeah, the bathroom had a few roaches, which wasn’t great. Also, parking is cramped because it shares with a busy restaurant.

The beachfront location was perfect, and the kids loved the pirate ship play area. We enjoyed easy access to nearby restaurants and the beautiful beach! Just be aware that parking can get tight during peak times.
One issue was the lack of a refrigerator or microwave in our room, which made it tricky to store snacks and drinks.

The Reef At Seahaven Beach Resorts boasts a prime location just steps from the beach. The room was well-equipped with a small fridge and microwave, which allowed for convenient meal prep during my work trip. Overall, it offered great value for being right on the beach. The pool area was also well-maintained, providing a nice spot to unwind after a day of meetings.
Parking was a challenge, especially due to the shared lot with Sharky's.

We loved the beachfront location. It was perfect for our family trip, offering easy access to the beach. The pirate ship play area kept the kids entertained for hours. The room was equipped with essentials like a fridge and microwave, which made meal prep convenient. On the downside, parking was a hassle due to shared spaces with Sharky's. The lack of a proper cleaning before our arrival stood out. We found the floor sticky and sandy. Some appliances seemed outdated and the balcony door was tricky to open. It’s a shame because the view from the room was great, but the maintenance issues really took away from our experience.

Well-equipped rooms with convenient amenities.
Parking was a real hassle as it shares with Sharky's, which created chaos. When we arrived, finding a spot to unload our luggage was a struggle since cars were left in the check-in area. The elevator was concerning. it seemed to be malfunctioning, making us choose the stairs even for just two floors, and the beds were uncomfortably hard, making it tough to get a good night's sleep.

Unexpected beachside surprises
The beach was just a few steps away, making our mornings magical. We even enjoyed the local dining options nearby, with vibrant flavors to savor.
Unfortunately, parking was a hassle. Many times, we had to walk quite far to find a space, which dampened our otherwise joyful adventures.
